【Abstract】 This article analyzed the residual stress and strain caused by the temperature changes during the producing process of composite materials. At the same time it also studied the residual stress and strain caused by fiber prestress. It proposed FRP fiber’s prestress principle. It defined the most favorable range of the prestress.
