Fe/SnO2多层膜的磁特性
Magnetic Properties of Fe/SnO2 amophous multilayers
【摘要】 研究了高频溅射制备的Fe/SnO2非晶的磁特性。当SnO2层厚度dm固定为5mn时,样品的饱和磁化强度Ms随Fe层厚度dm的减小而降低,这主要受样品的死层效应和维度强应的影响。另外,在Dm很小时,样品呈现准二维磁性。样品矫顽力Hc随dm的变化呈现一个峰值。
【Abstract】 Magnetic properties of Fe/SnO2 amorphous multilayers prepared by rf sputtering are investigated. With the thickness ds of SnO2 layers fixed (5.0nm), the saturation magnetization Ms of the samples decreases with decreasing dm. This is due to the contributions from the dead - laye effect and the dimensional effect. On the oth- er hand,when the dm of the samples is very thin, quasi - two - dimensional magnetic behavior is found.
