冰川棘豆的急性毒性部位筛选

【摘要】 盛花期的植物材料采自西藏阿里地区,经西北高原生物研究所鉴定为冰川棘豆(Oxytropisglаcilis Benth ex Bge.)。样品阴干,粉碎,过20目筛。样品粉末中的可溶性物质依次用石油醚、乙醚、氯仿-乙醇、甲醇、水、1%盐酸和1%氢氧化钠提取,分别制成悬浮液,用小鼠进行毒性筛选试验。结果表明,急性毒性主要集中在甲醇提取部位。冰川棘豆甲醇托取物可使小鼠出现震颤、走路不稳、四肢麻痹甚至死亡,而石油醚提取物和乙醚提取物能引起小鼠嗜睡和轻度嗜睡。

【Abstract】 The samples of glacial crazyweed (Oxytropis glacialis Benth ex Bye)at the Stage of flower and pod were collected from Ali prefecture of Xizang (Tibet) autonomous region and a identified by Northem Plateau Biological Institute. The samples were dried by air, ground to a 20-mesh powder. The powder was extracted with petroleum ether, ether, chloroform, methanol, water, 0. 1 % hydrochloric acid in water and 0. 1 % caustic soda in water in their given order. (x4g 4 N ) All the extracts were examined for toxicity to mice when fed as suspended substance and only the sub- stance extracted with methanol presented. The poisoned mice had signs of dindle, toddle, quadriplegia, twitch and even death. Besides, the substance extracted with petroleum ether made the mice sleepy strong- ly and the substance extracted with ether made them sleepy slightly.
