【摘要】 比较东西部城区市社居民健康状况、卫生需求及利用,因地制宜地开展社区卫生服务(CHS)工作,对西部的开发是重大的贡献,也是健康的保证。东西部城市社区居民的健康问题有显著性差别,东部地区自报慢性病较西部多,而西部地区自报“亚健康”问题较东部高。东部地区多是利用二、三级医院,而西部地区多是利用一级医院。东西部两周支付的医药费基本无差别,大约在10～999元的水平。结论:加强和发展社区卫生服务工作;在东西部地区进行定期追踪,以发现能反映CHS进展的最新信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To compare the difference of health status and service demand and utilization in community dweller in city of east and west areas, to provide the better service for community dweller. Method sample and investigation. Results There is difference in health status in community dweller in city of east and west areas. In making use of health resource, the community dweller in east part use much more health resource of two and third class hospitals, and in west part stair class. The community dweller in city of east - west part have lower examination rate, and the cause may be the disease is not severe. Conclusion to strengthen and development the work, to investigate usually the health status and service demand and utilization in community dweller in city of east and west areas, to provide the better service for community dweller.更多还原
