【摘要】 目的　探讨急性单纯水肿型胰腺炎引起神经、精神方面的改变。方法　回顾我院在过去二年内收治的单纯水肿型胰腺炎 87例 ,其中有八例出现了神经、精神方面的症状及体征。结果　八例单纯水肿型胰腺炎引起的神经、精神方面的症状及体征与重症出血坏死性胰腺炎引起的胰性脑病极为相似 ,其发病机理还不是很清楚 ,是否在急性胰腺炎时和磷脂酶A的细胞膜损伤作用有关有待进一步证实。结论　单纯水肿型胰腺炎也可引起神经、精神方面的改变 ,平均于发病后 4周左右出现 ,现暂定为迟发性胰性脑病更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To discuss the clinical symptoms in nerve and psyche that are caused by acute simple edema pancreatitis. Methods The 87 acute simple edema pancreatitis cases that we had ever cured in past two years were reviewed,We found that eight cases lead to pancreatitic encephalopathy(PE).Results We found thatd acute simplex edema pancreatitis could lead to pancreatitic encephalopathy,and the clinial symptoms in nerve and psyche were similar to the pancreatitic encephalopathy with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) causes.The reasons that cause pancreatitic encephalopathy were not very clear.Conclusion Acute simple edema pancreatitis could cause pancreatitic encephalopathy(PE),and it happens 3～4 weeks after the occurring of acute simplex edema pancreatitis,so we call it late pancreatitic encephalopathy(LPE).更多还原
