【摘要】 目的　探讨氯氮平与碳酸锂合用治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效。方法　对 6 0例难治性精神分裂症予氯氮平加碳酸锂和氯氮平对照 ,于疗前及疗后第 1、2、4、6、8周末进行PANSS量表、CGI测试 ,并在第 8周末评定其疗效 ,以及用TESS评定其副反应。结果　治疗结束时联用组显效率 6 3% ,与单用组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　氯氮平与碳酸锂联用可提高疗效 ,且副反应未见增加更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combined clozapine and lithium carbonate in treatment-refractory schizophrenia.Methods Records of a total of 60 inpatients admitted to hospital in treatment-refracyory schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups each receiving clozapine and lithium carbonate,clozapine for 8 weeks.The clinical response was monitored with PANSS and CGI at before treat and 1,2,4,6,8 weeks after starting of treatment.Results Combined treatment was significantly more effective than clozapine alone(subject improved was 63%)in the amelioration of treatmnet-refractory.Conclusions Combination of clozapine and lithium carbonate should be considered in the treatment of treatment-refractory,and side-effects was not increased.更多还原
