【摘要】 目的　为探讨采用维思通维持性治疗首发精神分裂症的最佳剂量。方法　将 1998年 3月～ 1998年 12月从我院出院服用维思通治疗的首发精神分裂症患者 2 3例 ,随机分成治疗量维持组和治疗量的半量维持组 ,并采用简明精神病评定量表 (BPRS)、大体评定量表 (GAS)和副反应评定量表 (TESS)对患者进行 2年的调查研究。结果　两组患者复发率、缓解率和副反应出现频率均无显著差异。结论　采用维思通治疗量的半量可能是维持性治疗首发精神分裂症的最佳治疗剂量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To i nvestigate the optimal dose of risperidone in the maintenance treatment of first -episode schizophrenia.Method 23 patients with first-episode schizophrenia between Mar and Dec 1998 were randomly assigned into two t reatment groups,full or half of treatment dose,and followed up for 2 years after discharge.BPRS,CGI and TESS were used to measure the efficacy and side effects. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups on relapse-rate and remission-rate.Conclusion Half of treatment dose may the optimal dose of risperidone in the maintenance treatment of first-episode schizophrenia.更多还原
