【摘要】 目的　研究癫痫患儿的心理障碍、影响因素以及家庭干预。方法　应用儿童自我意识评定量表和Conner父母问卷对 176例癫痫患儿进行心理评估 ,并分析其影响因素 ;同时 ,采用有关癫痫的科普讲座、个别心理咨询及感知统合训练和脑电生物反馈相结合的方法对之进行家庭干预。结果　① 72 .72 % (12 8/176)的癫痫患儿存在心理障碍 ,主要表现在自我评价低、焦虑情绪和多动性障碍 ,与正常儿童相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。②智商、多种药物治疗、病程及起病年龄等对心理障碍有明显影响。③干预后患儿的各项心理障碍的比率由干预前的 66.66% (2 4/3 6)、63 .88%(2 3 /3 6)、5 5 .5 5 % (2 0 /3 6)分别减少至干预后的 2 7.77% (10 /3 6)、2 5 % (9/3 6)、2 5 % (9/3 6) ,对比有极为显著性的差异 (P均 <0 .0 1)。未经干预的患儿心理障碍无明显改善。结论　癫痫患儿存在明显的心理障碍 ,以抗癫痫药物和心理疗法两者综合治疗才能有效的控制或减轻发作、改善心理障碍 ,提高生活质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study between mental disorder,its i nfluence factors and family intervention in the children with epilepsy.Method A total of 170 children with epilepsy who were assessed by means of both the rating scale of self-consciousness and mother’s questionnaire of Conner,and the influence factors were analysed.All of these patients complet ed the family intervention,including lecture on general knowledge of epilepsy,in quired of psychological doctor about mental disorder,and they were trained for c omprehensive percept.Results ①72.72%(128/176)of children had mental disorders,lower degree of self-assessment,anxiety,hyperactive disor der,and there were significant differences between the children with epilepsy an d healthy children( P <0.01).②There were obvious influences for mental disor der by IQ,multi-drugs therapy,duration of illness,age of onset.③The proportion s of various mental disorders were decreased from 66.66%(24/36),63.88%(23/36),55 .55%(20/36)pre-intervention to 27.77%(10/36),25%(9/36),25%(9/36)post-intervent ion,respectively,and between-groups comparison indicated significant difference s( P <0.01).They were not improving in the mental disorders,because family in tervention were not used.Conclusion Controlled epilepsy s eizures and life quality were improved,when the use of antiepileptic drugs combi nation with psychotherapy.更多还原
