【摘要】 目的　探讨影响强迫症疗效的相关因素。方法　对出院时不同疗效的强迫症病人的临床资料进行对照研究。结果　文化程度较高、脑力劳动者、病前无强迫人格、有心理社会诱因、伴消极观念的强迫症病人疗效较好。结论　知识分子、社会心理因素促发和病中有抑郁症状者预后好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore some factors influence on the prognosis of OCD.Method It was compared some clinical variable in differently responsive patients with OCD.Results It was better prognosis in these patients with higher educational level,mental work,nonobsessive compulsive personality,psychosocial factors and suicide ideas.Conclusion It was better prognosis in these patients with intelligence,psychosocial factors and depressive symptoms.更多还原
