【摘要】 目的　观察百忧解对抑郁症伴焦虑症状的疗效和不良反应。方法　将 6 0例抑郁症患者分为研究组 (伴焦虑症状 ) 32例和对照组 (不伴焦虑症状 ) 2 8例 ,均给予百忧解治疗 6周 ,采用Hamilton抑郁量表 (HAMD)、Hamilton焦虑量表 (HAMA)、Montgomery -Asberg抑郁量表 (MADS)、临床大体印象表 (CGI)和副反应量表 (TESS)评定。 结果　两组百忧解治疗前后疗效有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;且不良反应轻。结论　提示百忧解治疗抑郁症伴焦虑症状疗效肯定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy and the side effects of prozac in the treatment of depression with anxiety.Methods Sixty patients were assigned into study group with anxiety include 32 patients and control group without anxiety include 28 patients.All these patients were treated with prozac.Prozac efficacy and side effects were assessed with HAMD,HAMA,MADS,CGI,and TESS.Results The therapeutic efficacy in two group after prozac treatment were better than before treatment( P <0.01).And the side effects were light.Conclusion Efficacy of prozac in the treatment of depression with anxiety was certain.更多还原
