【摘要】 半固态挤压铸造是集半固态加工与挤压铸造为一体,利用半固态浆料的流变性能进行充型并在压力作用下凝固成形的一种材料加工新技术。其生产过程包括半固态浆料制备、充型、挤压、脱模及后处理等5个工序。半固态挤压铸造机由预结晶器、多工位铸造机及半固态挤压机构等3个子系统组成,可以用来生产各种近净形零件或制品,生产率为6～8件/min,工艺出品率达90％以上。产品外观光洁、组织致密、无收缩缺陷。更多还原

【Abstract】 The semisolid squeeze casting is a new net shape forming process, in which molding is completed in use of the excellent rheologic properties of the semisolid slurry, and the solidification is carried on by means of the pressure . Therefor it is a combination of the squeeze casting and the semisolid forming. The process flow includes such five steps as making semisolid slurry, molding, pressing, demolding and post treatment. The Semisolid squeeze-casting machine designed and made in china is consisted of pre-crystallizer, muti-station caster and the semisolid pressing system . It can be used to produce various products with the productivity 6-8 pieces per minute, and with the process yield above 90% .The products obtained is high in the smooth finish, sound in quality, and of default free.更多还原
