太阳能固体吸附式制冰机热动力学性能分析模型及实验
THERMODYNAMICS ANALYSIS OF A SOLAR SOLID ADSORPTION REFRIGERATION ICE-MAKER MODEL AND EXPERIMENTAL VALIDATION
【摘要】 分析了太阳能固体吸附式制冷装置中吸附床的传热传质计算过程 ,给出了求解模型的具体方法。运用数值传热学的方法 ,计算了在一定日照辐射能量条件下 ,系统装置的性能及吸附床内的温度场分布。实验表明 ,所建立的模型能对太阳能固体吸附式制冷装置进行性能动态模拟 ,为系统装置的优化设计提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Using the porous materials theory,and the coupled heat and mass tnansfer model,adsorption refrigeration driven by solar enengy are presented in this paper.The properties of adsorbent bed of solid adsorption refrigeration is analyzed.The temperature filed of adsorbent bed and mass transfer of refrigerant are calculated.The calculated results are validated with experiments and a good agreement is obtained.With the help of the model,the simulation calculation and optimized design on solar solid adsorption refrigeration can be implemented further.
