【Abstract】 Methods of document study and experts investigation were used in this paper. It is concluded and suggested that sports facilities construction in urban residential communities should be legally confirmed through the concept of “social security”; government should bear the main responsibility; sports items should be properly selected with proper land quota; national unified legislation should be combined with the local ones; role of the sports administration in planning, designing and approving of the projects should be played, and relevent legal system should be improved.更多还原
