【Abstract】 The author describes the testing reasearch course and it′s conclusion of increasing the number of the cracks and fractures in the coal block which is considered as the blocked medium and accreting their length and stretched degree for which the seepage property of the low-seepage coal seam is improved by means of releasing part of effective cubage stress with waterpower to make cracks and fractures in the coal mass.更多还原
