双圆弧齿轮瞬时接触区的简化计算
Simplified Calculation of Transient Tooth Bearing of Double Circular Arc Gear
【摘要】 利用弹性力学原理 ,计算了 GB1 2 759- 91型双圆弧齿轮在齿面任一点受集中力时齿面各处的下陷量 ,再由一对轮齿啮合时的空间几何关系计算出变形前齿面各点沿法向的间隙量 ,然后按变形协调关系算得当一对轮齿法向靠拢时的接触边界形状和接触区内载荷分布
【Abstract】 The settlement amount at any point is derived from relative principles in mechanics of elasticity when a concentrated force acts at the tooth surface of the GB12759 91 double circular arc gear,then the normal backlash is obtained from the space geometrical relationship of the gear tooth engagement,and then the boundary shape of the transient tooth bearing and the load distribution are calculated from the deformation concord principle.
