醋酸纤维素血透材料生物相容性临床观察
Clinical Observation of Biocompatibility in Cellulose by Hemodialysis
【摘要】 目的:醋酸纤维素血透材料的生物相容性临床观察。方法:通过本文观察了20例维持性血液透析患者.比较透析前后不同时间血液中总溶血补体(CH50)、补体(C3C4),免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM),血常规,血生化.可溶性白介素-2受体(SIL-2R)等的变化。结果:材料醋酸纤维素透析初期均可见补体,白细胞、中性粒细胞暂性下降,免疫球蛋白、可溶性白介素-α受体及硷性磷酸酶增加。部分患者出现明显的临床反应。
【Abstract】 We applied hemodialyzer of cellulose acetate (CA) to twenty nephropathic patient,and examinate the changes of tolat hemolytic complement levels (CH50). hemogram and hemobiochemistry in blood of the nodialysis and dialysis patienl. The results showed that the levels of the couplement,white blood cell(WBC) and neutrocyty were decreased ofter hemodialysis with CA. But the values of immunoglobulin,soluble interukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) were increased after hemodialysis with CA. Part of the hemodialysis patient significantly expressed abnormal phenomena in clinic.
