【Abstract】 Extrusion and expansion technology has been developed rapidly in the aquiculture feed industry in recent years, and now is in the ascendant in China. The fundamentals of extrusion and expansion, the changes of nutrient composition in extrusion processing, the effect of foodstuff on expanded feed are elaborated.
