【摘要】 对花鲈的菇茎指环虫病进行了病理学研究 ,结果表明菇茎指环虫寄生于花鲈的次级鳃丝 ,主要病理损害为机械性损伤 .轻度感染时 ,引起鳃丝上皮局部缺损 ;中度感染时 ,导致鳃丝细胞变性、鳃丝肿胀和融合 ;重度感染时 ,导致全鳃缺血 ,鳃丝结构疏松 .菇茎指环虫的感染造成鳃丝粘液细胞数量的减少更多还原

【Abstract】 The histopathological response of perch to Dactylogyrus gotoi was investigated by serial sectioning the gill of naturally infected fishes. D. gotoi inhabited on the secondary filament of the gill. Infection of the parasites caused mechanical damage to gill tissue, breakdown of organic integrity, hyperplasia, swelling and fusion of respiratory epithelium, leucocyte infiltration and necrosis.更多还原
