【摘要】 目的　观察胃得安对慢性萎缩性胃炎 (CAG)的治疗效果。方法　经内镜及病理学确珍的CAG患者 15 2例 ,随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 10 2例 ,对照组 5 0例。用药前后 ,对 2组病例的症状 ,内镜下胃粘膜病变 ,肠腺化生 ,不典型增生及Hp感染情况进行比较分析。结果　临床症状缓解率为 :治疗组为 95 .2 % ,对照组为 5 5 % ;总有效率为 :治疗组 80 .4% ,对照组为 5 6 % ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。 2组的Hp转阴率分别为 6 0 %和 10 .7% ,2组间比较有极显著统计学差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :胃得安对CAD有良好的治疗作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of Weidean on chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG). Methods:One hundred and fifty_two CAG patients dignosed by using gastroscope and pathological examination were randomly divided into the treatment group (102 cases) and the control group (50 cases).The comparison analyses were made in the symptoms, gastric mucosa pathological changes under gastroscope, intestinal gland metaplasion, atypical hyperplasia,and helicobacer pylori(Hp) infection between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results: The lysis latio of symptoms and total efficiency were significantly different between the two groups (treated 95.2%, 80.4%;control 55%, 56%)(P<0.05). The Hp was significantly eradicated in treated patients (60%) compared with the control(10 7%)(P<0.01). Conclusion: Weidean has good therapeutic effect on CAG.更多还原
