【摘要】 目的　探讨胎盘早剥的诱因、危险性及防治措施。方法　回顾分析我科 1987.8～ 2 0 0 0 .8收治的 2 9412例产妇的临床资料 ,发生胎盘早剥 2 0 0例。结果　 2 0 0例中 ,妊娠高血压综合症者 70例 ,围产儿死亡率 2 8% ,剖宫产率 43 5 %。结论　早期发现胎盘早剥及正确处理可降低孕婴危险性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the cause, danger,prevention and treatment of placental abruption. Methods: 29412 pregnancies in our department from August, 1987 to August, 2000 were reviewed and analyzed, and 200 cases of placental abruption occurred. Results: 70 cases were in pregnancy-induced hypertension, perinatal infants dead rate was 28%, and cesarean section rate was 43.5%. Conclusion: To find placental abruption early and treat correctly can decrease danger of pregnancies and infants.更多还原
