【摘要】 目的　为得到快速准确的检测结果寻找Kx 2 1预先稀释的最少稀释时间。方法　将稀释时间 30、45、12 0秒和 30分出现WBCWL 的机率分别和 6 0秒进行 χ2 检验。结果　 30秒和 45秒P〈0 0 5差异有显著意义。12 0秒和 30分P〉0 0 5差异无显著意义。结论Kx 2 1预先稀释的最少稀释时间为 6 0秒更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determaine the least beforehand dilution time of Sysmex Kx 21 hematology analyzer in order to obtain rapid and accurate detective results. Methods: The probability of WBC WL* appearing in the dilution time of 60s was compared with that of 30s, 45s,120s and 30m respectively using χ 2 test. Results: There was significant difference between 30s and 60s (P<0 01 ) ,and between 45s and 60s (P<0 05 ). However,there is no significant difference between 120s and 60s (P>0 05 ),or between 30 m and 60 s (P>0 05 ). Conclusion: The least beforehand dilution time of Sysmex Kx 21 is 60s.更多还原
