【摘要】 目的　探讨中国北方汉人HLA DQB1基因和重症肌无力的遗传易感性的相关性。方法　运用PCR SSP基因分型方法 ,对 5 3例MG患者及 5 0名健康对照组HLA DQB1基因进行分型 ,并对患者组和健康对照组的DQB1各等位基因频率进行比较。结果　DQB1 0 30 3的频率在患者组中明显升高 ,差异具有显著性意义。结论　DQB1 0 30 3参与北方汉人MG的易感性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To Analyze the susceptibility of HLA-DQB1 polymorphism to MG in the area of Northern China Methods: PCR-SSP was used to determine the HLA-DQB1 genotype of 53 MG patients and 50 healthy controls. And the frequencies of HLA-DQB1 alleles were compared between the MG patients and the healthy controls. Results: The frequency of DQB1*0303 was significantly increased in the MG patients (RR=2.26 P<005), compared to the controls. Conclusion: DQB1*0303 is susceptible to MG in Chinese Hans.更多还原
