凝结条件下垂直螺纹钢管强化传热的试验研究

【摘要】 以大型制冷系统中的饱和氨蒸气为工质 ,通过在高度为 40 0 0 m m的四种螺纹钢管外表面上凝结换热的试验研究 ,得到了管外凝结换热的准则关联式。试验结果表明 ,在试验条件下与光滑钢管相比较 ,螺纹钢管外表面上的平均表面传热系数是光滑钢管的 1.15~ 1.4倍。

【Abstract】 Taking saturated ammonia vapor of the large-scale refrigeration system as working material and carrying out experimental research on condensed heat exchange which takes place in the outer surface of 4 kinds of spiral steel tube whose height is 4 000 mm,norm related formula of outer tube’s condensed heat exchange is gained.In comparing with smooth steel tube under the experiment condition,the experimental result also indicates that the average surface heat exchange coefficient of spiral steel tube’s outer surface is 1.15~1.4 times than that of smooth steel tube.
