【Abstract】 Faced with the increasingly grim situation of employment between urban and rural areas,each municipal government has formulated a series of discriminatory policies on employment,in order to prevent the farmers from looking for j obs in cities.This has brought about both unfairness and ineffectiveness,which i s unbeneficial to the essential solution of the employment problems in China.
