【摘要】 EDI合同应用于商贸活动 ,已成为世界潮流。本文从传统合同向 EDI合同转变过程中带来的法律上的诸问题作了初步探讨。

【Abstract】 It is the world trend to use EDI contract in commercial trade.The author has a discussion about some legal problems,which are produced in the changing process of traditional contract to EDI contract.
