【Abstract】 The relation between trade and environment is a popular problem in the field of the world trade,WTO advocates freedom of trade and green measures to realize the sustained development.However,what it advocates is twisted in terms of green barrier.By analyzing the emergence,development and characteristics of green barrier,the paper explores the challenge of the barrier to the principle of WTO and the influence on our inport and export trade and puts forward relevant countermeasures.更多还原
