【Abstract】 Traditional models of Interlibrary Loan(ILL) can no longer fit in with interlibrary loan and document delivery service(DDS) in information age. With the high speed development of web technology, based on the experience in ILL/DDS, The "Service and Management Database System on Web for ILL/DDS" has been exploited in Tsinghua University Library. With the application of this system, the efficiency for ILL/DDS has been improved, mistakes have been reduced, and the services of Tsinghua University Library are more normalized.更多还原
