【Abstract】 At the CIO’98, a survey showed that 95.1% Chinese CIOs thought that China’s CIO Council should be founded as soon as possible. This article introduces the USA CIO Council and designs the reasons, the tenet, the structure and the activities of China’s CIO Council.更多还原
