高校图书馆人才管理中的问题与对策
The Problems and Countermeasures on Human resource Management in University Library
【摘要】 本文针对目前高校图书馆人才外流严重的现象,及其图书馆在用人中存在的问题,提出了具有建设性的对策和建议。
【Abstract】 Based on the present situation that some talent of university library leave out for other job, this paper aim at the problems of human resource management in university library, provides counstructive countesmeasures and suggestions.
