提高图书馆人员素质 搞好继续教育
【摘要】 本文通过分析目前图书馆人员继续教育工作存在问题和原因,提出了提高图书馆人员素质,搞好继续教育工作的几点看法。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses the problems and reasons existing in librarin’s post- education and proposes suggestions on building good post- education work.
