稀土对低铬半钢碳化物的形态及性能的影响
Effect of Rare Earth Elements on Carbide Morphology and Properties of Low Chromium Semi-Steel
【摘要】 试验结果表明 :稀土能改善低铬半钢中碳化物的形态分布 ,提高其综合性能 ,当试验经 0 .2 5 %稀土变质处理后再经 960℃保温 3h正火处理 ,冲击韧性提高 15 8% ,抗磨性提高 2 5 %。
【Abstract】 The test results showed that the morphology distribution of carbide in semi steel was improved and the comprehensive properties were increased by adding rare earth elements (RE) in low chromium semi-steel. As the semi-steel was added 0.25% RE and normalized at 960℃ for 3h, the impact toughness of semi-steel increased by 158% and the abrasion resistance of the semi-steel increased by 25%.
