甲烷转化催化剂活性变化分析

【摘要】 采用XRD、BET和元素分析等方法 ,分析考察反应后ICI2 5 4甲烷转化催化剂化学物理性能的变化及对实际生产的影响。结果表明 ,样品催化剂明显积炭 ,直接原因是重新开车时原料气中较大分子烃类超过规定浓度。积炭造成催化剂表面及反应活性下降 ,其在反应条件下产生的附加应力是催化剂发生破碎现象的重要因素。

【Abstract】 XRD?BET and elemental analysis were used to observe the change of physical properties and the effect on practical production after the catalyst ICI 25 4 was used.The results showed that the sample catalyst had obvious carbon deposition and its direct reason was the higher hydrocarbons over regulated level.Carbon deposition made the surface area and reactive activity of the catalyst reduced,and the additive stress brought by it was the important factor which made the catalyst broken.
