制备条件对负载型杂多酸性质的影响

【摘要】 采用经典酸化与乙醚萃取相结合的方法制备了Keggin型H3PMo12 O40 ,以SiO2 为载体制备了不同煅烧温度和不同负载量的负载型杂多酸样品 ,利用NH3 TPD和TPR等手段对负载前后的杂多酸样品进行了表征 ,考察了煅烧温度和负载量对杂多酸酸性和TPR曲线特性的影响 ,研究发现负载量和煅烧温度对杂多酸的酸性和TPR曲线特性都有不同程度的影响。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a conventional acidification method incorporated with an ether extraction technique was used to prepare H 3PMo 12 O 40 with Keggin structure Silica supported heteropoly acids(HPA) with various loadings were calcined at different temperature The unsupported and supported HPA were characterized by NH 3-TPD and TPR The influence of loadings and calcination temperature on HPA acidity and redox properties were investigated It has been found that the supported HPAs have two acid sites The weaker acidity when SiO 2 used improves the thermal stability of HPA, and the increasing of calcination temperature obviously lowers the HPA acidity The calcination temperature and the amount of loading on the support have influence on the acidity and redox property of supported HPAs
