红豆杉细胞继代培养防褐变措施的研究
STUDIES OF AVOIDING BROWNING IN TISSUE SUBCULTURE OF TAXUS CHINENSIS
【摘要】 本研究针对红豆杉组织培养中经常遇到的褐变问题 ,主要从继代培养的各个方面进行研究 ,力求最大限度地避免或减轻褐变。结果表明 ,较低的pH值 ,液体悬浮培养 ,较低浓度的无机盐 ,适宜浓度的金属离子可以减轻褐变 ,同时 ,良好的抗氧化剂和吸附剂如活性炭与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的加入均能明显抑制或减轻褐变
【Abstract】 As for the frequent browning problem of tissue culture about Taxus chinensis,this research mainly deals with each aspect of its subculture in order to avoid or mitigate the browning to the greatest degree.The results indicate that low pH values,liquid suspending culture,low concentrations of inorganic salts,proper concentrations of metal ions,addition of excellent antioxidants and absorbents such as activated charcoal and polyvinylpyrrolidone can all avoid or mitigate the browning to some degree.
