【Abstract】 Insect cecropin is a group of antibacterial peptide which has a broad spectrum of bactericidal effect and inhibits DNA replication of the virus of hepatitie disease.It kills some cencer cell lines selectively.Insect cecropin has a specific chemical structure and has a new target point to bacterial cell membrane,which is different from other general antibiotic.It may destroied the cell membrane directly,and there is no toxic side effect to animal and human body.Therefore it can be developed into a safe resource of medicine.
