FTP法三维轮廓测量系统的快速标定技术

【摘要】 在 FTP(Fourier Transform Profilometry)法三维轮廓测量过程中 ,系统的结构不同 ,测量高度所引起的相位差与高度的对应关系也不一样。本文应此问题进行了详细的分析 ,并提出了一种适用于不同结构的快速标定技术。

【Abstract】 The relationship of the phase and height is different with different system structure in Fourier transform profilometry.This article analyzes the structure of the measuring system in detail,and presents a new fast calibration method used for different structure.
