【摘要】 研究了过饱和溶液中 Ca SO4· 2 H2 O晶体成核及生长现象 ,同时对垢的形成机理进行了探讨。实验表明 ,成核延迟时间随溶液过饱和度增大而减小 ;Ca SO4· 2 H2 O晶体生长属于表面反应控制 ,且与粒径相关 ,晶体生长速度在 (0 .5× 10 8～ 5 .8× 10 8) m/ s之间 (30℃ ,粒径(2 8～ 6 7) μm,Ca2 +浓度 :0 .0 35 mol/ L)更多还原

【Abstract】 This article study mainly on the phenomenon of nucleation and growth of Calcium sulfate dihydrate crystal,the mechanism of deposit formation is also discussed.The experiment suggested that nucleation induction time decrease with the increase of the degree of the supersaturation,CaSO 4·2H 2O crystal growth is controlled by the surface reaction,which is also size dependent,the crystal growth rate is between 0.5×10 8-5.8×10 8 m/s (30 ℃,size:28-67 μm,C Ca 2+ :0.035 mol/L).更多还原
