关于车流调整适应市场经济环境的探讨
Exploration on Car Flow Adjustment for Adapting to Environment of Market Economy
【摘要】 阐述了现行车流调整模式难以适应市场经济环境的现状,提出实行网运分离和利用计算机网络,使车流推算和车流调整适应市场经济环境的看法。
【Abstract】 The present situation of the existing car flow adjustment mode, which is difficult to cope with the environment of market economy, is elaborated. Views are put forward for practicing separation of transport infrastructure from operation and using computer network to make car flow assumption and adjustment to adapt the environment of market economy.
