【摘要】 目的　以纯音听阈测试、声导抗和听性脑干反应 (ABR)为一组测试 ,对外伤后听觉损害进行准确评估。方法　对外伤后称有听力下降的患者先进行纯音听阈测试 ,再进行声导抗和 /或ABR测试 ,以客观测试的结果来保证主观测试的准确性。如果二者不符 ,根据客观听力检查结果 ,对患者进行心理暗示 ,以取得真实或基本接近真实的纯音听阈。结果　 472例外伤后称有听力下降病例中 ,2 83例第一次纯音听阈测试与声导抗和ABR结果一致 ,185例经 2～ 3次反复纯音听阈测试 ,其最终结果与其它客观测试结果一致。 4例资料流失。伪聋 140例 ,夸大性聋 45例。结论　在测试组合中 ,ABR及声导抗具有重要的参考价值 ,而纯音听阈测试是最重要、也是最基本的听力检查手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Test battery, consisted of ABR, acoustic immittance and pure tone audiometry, was applied in the evaluation of post-traumatic hearing loss. Methods Being independent of each other, pure tone audiometry was cross-checked by acoustic impedance and/ or ABR. If there was any difference, pure tone audiometry was retested until real thresholds were obtained. Three cases were presented to highlight the value of cross-check principle. Results 472 post-traumatic patients complained hearing loss, among them, 283 patients had same pure tone, acoustic impedance and ABR results on first test. 185 patients reached similar subjective and objective results on repeated 2～3 pure fone audiometry. 4 patients lost follow-up. Malingering hearing loss was confirmed on 140 patients and exeggerated hearing loss on 45 patients. Conclusion Test battery was valuable in evaluating post-traumatic hearing loss.更多还原
