南疆三种绵羊品种血液蛋白遗传标记特征及聚类分析
Traits of Genetic Marker and Cluster Analysis on Blood Protein of three Breeds of Sheep in South Xinjiang
【摘要】 利用血液蛋白多态性标记新疆南部三种绵羊遗传结构 ,证实了它们相互间的遗传差异。结果表明 :Tf位点 ,多浪羊和卡拉库尔羊具有A ,B ,C等显性基因控制 ,巴音布鲁克羊还检测出D基因。Hb位点 ,多浪羊和卡拉库尔羊具有A ,B等显性基因控制 ,巴音布鲁克羊还检测出C基因。以上两个位点各种等显性基因频率因品种而有差异。按照Nei‘s遗传距离法 (1987) ,计算了三品种间的遗传距离 ,证明新疆南部三种绵羊品种的遗传距离以多浪羊和卡拉库尔羊为最小 ,多浪羊与巴音布鲁克羊的遗传距离为最大。用类聚类法分析表明 :多浪羊与卡拉库尔羊首先相聚 ,然后再与巴音布鲁克羊相聚
【Abstract】 In this researching the genetic structures about three local sheeps are detected by investigating ploymorphic loci in blood protein with the method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in south Xinjiang.It is proved and shown that there are differences among them. On transferring(Tf) locus , there are A, B and C dominant allele to control sheep named Doulong and KarKu, besides A,B and C allele, there is D dominant allele to control sheep named Bayinbuluke. On haemoglobin(Hb) locus, there are A and B dominant allele to control Doulong and KarKu, besides A and B , there is C dominant allele to control Bayinbuluke. The gene frequency about Hb and Tf locus among the three local sheeps have more differences. The genetic distance among the three local sheeps have been calculated from Neis genetic distance method (1987). It is proved that genetic distance between Doulang and KarKu is minimal, the distance between Doulang and Bayinbuluke is maximal. It is suggested from cluster analysis that, the Doulang and KarKu firstly clustered, and then Doulang and Bayinbuluke cluster .
