【摘要】 目的:比较纤维支气管镜吸痰与常规吸痰后在机械通气患者呼吸道管理中的作用。方法:将88例因呼吸衰竭行气管切开使用呼吸机进行机械通气的患者,随机分为纤维支气镜吸痰灌洗及常规吸痰两组。全程监测血氧饱和度及吸痰前后动脉血气分析。结果:纤维支气管镜吸痰灌洗组病人血氧饱和度增高及血气分析的改善情况均明显优于常规吸痰组。结论:在机械通气患者呼吸道管理中应积极采用纤维支气管镜吸痰灌洗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the effects of sputum suction and lavage between the methods of bronchoscope and conventional sputum suction. Methods: Eighty-eight patients under the mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into two groups which included sputum suction and lavage using the bronchoscope and convertional sputum suction. SaQ2 and the results of blood gas were observed before and after sputum suction. Results: SaO2 and the results of blood gas in patients under sputum suction and lavage using bronchoscope were significantly better than that in conventional sputum suction group. Conclusion: Sputum suction and kvage with bronchoscope should be used actively in patients under the mechanical ventilation.更多还原
