【摘要】 目的:探讨AgNoRs定量检测与胃粘膜细胞分化程度间的关系。方法:对浅表胃炎、伴肠化、不典型增生及腺癌胃粘膜细胞切片50例,行核仁组成区嗜银蛋白染色法(AgNoRs),观察比较不同组别的定量与病理诊断间的关系。结果:浅表胃炎、肠化、不典型增生和腺癌的每核平均AgNoRs颗粒数、核仁/核面积平均值的增加与病变程度呈正相关(P<0.01),而重度不典型增生与腺癌的每核平均AgNoRs颗粒数、核仁/核面积平均值存在交叉重叠。结论:AgNoRs定量检测与胃粘膜细胞分化程度有关,检测结果有助于临床鉴别诊断,对临床判断病程进展及预后有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the relationship between quantitative AgNoRs test and differentiated degrees of gastric mucous cell. Methods: The mucous sections from 50 patients combined with chronic superficial gastritis, intestinal metaplasis, atypical proliferation, and adenocarcinoma were quantitavely determined with AgNoRs to evaluate the correlation between the data of quantitative AgNoRs test and pathological findings. Results: There was a positive correlation in superficial gastritis with intestinal metaplasia, atypical proliferation or adenocarcinoma between the increase of mean AgNoRs granulae of nucleus and ratio of nucleoli/nuclear, and pathological finding (P < 0.01). The advanced atypical proliferation revealed a similar data of the test to adenocarcinoma. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the data of quantitative AgNoRs test and differentiated degrees of gastric mucous cell. The quantitative AgNoRs test may be helpful for clinical differential diagnosis and useful to estimate the clinical progression and prognosis.更多还原
