【摘要】 目的:探讨活化蛋白C抵抗性(APCR)对患者手术前后血栓前状态的影响及测定活化蛋白C的临床价值。方法:采用SLT SPECTRA酶标仪以ELISA法测定纤维蛋白肽A(FPA)、凝血酶原片段1+2(F1+2)、可溶性纤维蛋白单体复合物(SFMC)、蛋白C抗原(PC:Ag)。采用CA-530凝血仪测定APCR、蛋白C活性(PC:A)。结果:APCR阳性的患者组手术前及手术后凝血系统的活化程度均显著高于APCR正常的患者组的同期水平。结论:手术患者术前测定APCR对判断术后血栓形成倾向具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of activated protein C resistance (APCR) on prethrombotic state and its clinical value. Methods: Fibrin peptide A (FPA), prethrombin fragment l + 2(Fl + 2), soluble fibrin monomer complex (SFMC) , and protein C antigen (PC: Ag) were measured by enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA). APCR and PC: A were measured using CA-530 coagulation analyzer. Results: The activated state of coagulation system in APCR positive group was higher than that in APCR normal group before and after the operation. Conclusion: Preoperative examination of APCR is important for patients receiving the operation.更多还原
