【摘要】 目的 :探讨经典方四逆汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床作用 ,比较单纯中药、西药及中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法 :选择 6 8例冠心病心绞痛患者 ,分别用消心痛 (2 3例 )、单纯四逆汤 (2 2例 )和四逆汤加辨证联合消心痛 (2 3例 )治疗 ,观察心绞痛、心电图、心功能和红细胞膜ATP酶活性的变化。结果 :冠心病心绞痛患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性显著低于正常人 ;四逆汤能明显缓解患者心绞痛、改善心电图、提高心功能及增加红细胞膜ATP酶的活性 ;四逆汤加辨证联合消心痛方案的临床疗效最优。结论 :1 红细胞膜ATP酶活性降低是冠心病心绞痛发生发展的一个重要原因 ;2 与消心痛相比 ,四逆汤防治冠心病心绞痛有其独特优势 ;3 临床用药时 ,应该取中西医之长更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the clinical action of Sini Decoction on angina,and comp are the clinical curative effect of pure Chinese drugs,Western medicine and inte grated Traditional and Western medicine. Methods:68 cases of patients with corona ry heart disease (CHD) were divided into 3 groups and the 3 groups were differen tly treated by isosorbide dinitrate,pure Sini Decoction and Sini D ecoction combined with differentiation of syndrome and isosorbide dinitrate .The change of angina,ECG,cardical function and the activity of RBC ATPase were deserved. Rsults:The result showed that the activity of RBC ATPase of CHD patients was s ignificantly lower than that of healthy people,Sini Decoction could obviousl y rel ax angina,improve ECG,enhence cardical function and increase the activity of RBC ATPase.In addition,it was the best clinical effect that Sini Decoction comb ined with differenti ation of syndrome and isosorbide dinitrate. Conclusion:1.It was a key factor fo r CHD angina petoris that the activity of RBC ATPase decreased.2.It had unique a dvantage to utilise ancient decoction treating CHD angina petoris compared with isosorbide dinitrate.3.We should draw on both merits of traditional and wes tern medicine to increase clinical therapeutic effectiveness.更多还原
