【摘要】 为探讨自凝软衬材料对总义齿咀嚼效率的影响 ,临床上随机选取 10名曾作过全口义齿修复的患者 ,经自凝软衬材料的使用 ,利用 ATP肠溶性被膜颗粒剂吸光度法 ,采用自体前后比较 ,分别对总义齿在使用自凝软衬材料前后吸光度值进行测定。结果表明 :吸光度值的变化具有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,临床上使用自凝软衬材料有可能提高总义齿的咀嚼效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ten cases prosthesized with complete denture were selected at random and the complete dentures of whose were delt with self curing soft line materials. Self comparative means was adopted and ATP particle agent with capsule was used for absorbing ultrasonic light in wholly test processure. The values of absorption of light were respectively measured before and after self curing soft line-materials were placed. The results showed that there was significant difference in the values of absorption of light before and after self curing line materials were placed ( P <0.01). It was concluded that the application of self curing soft line materials in clinical practice might remarkably improve the efficiency of mastication of complete denture.更多还原
