【摘要】 建立了生物组织中胺甲硫磷和甲基毒死蜱的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。选用 YWG- C1 8H375 mm (内径 )× 2 0 0 mm柱作为分析柱 ,流动相选用 80∶ 2 0 (V/ V)的甲醇 /水二元体系 ,流速为 1.0 ml/ min,检测波长胺甲硫磷为2 5 2 nm,甲基毒死蜱为 2 90 nm。该方法简单、快速、准确。其最小检出量为 2 .5× 10 - 8g,最小检出浓度为 0 .2 5 mg/L。更多还原

【Abstract】 A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP HPLC) method was developed for the determination of O Methyl O (3 Methyl 4 Methylthiophenyl) Thiophosphoramidiots and chlorpyrifos methyl. It was found that the analysis procedure used was accurate, reliable, stable and reproducible. The minimum detectable amount of this method was 2 5×10 -8 g and the minimum detectable concentration was 0 25 mg/L.更多还原
