【Abstract】 Objective: To study the technique for preparation of Fosfosal,to select the best reacting conditions,and to increase the product yield.Methods: The optimum reacting conditions of Fosfosal preparation were selected by orthogonal design method.Results:The optimum reacting conditions are:1h at room temperature;0.75h at 60℃～70℃;1.5h at 75℃～80℃. Hydrolysis at 10℃ gave a yield of 92.5%.Conclusion: The results were mild and yield was high in the optimum technical conditions.更多还原
