弓形虫慢性感染鼠形成包囊的实验研究
Study on cyst formation of toxoplAasma gondii in chronically infected mice
【摘要】 目的 :分别采用弓形虫Fukaya株速殖子和包囊感染小鼠 ,观察其脑内成囊情况 ,以期寻求一个稳定、易建立的慢性感染动物模型 ,为研究弓形虫的致病机理提供一个良好的实验工具。方法 :用弓形虫Fukaya株速殖子4×104个和包囊5~10个经腹腔感染昆明小鼠 ,给适量药物使之形成慢性感染 ,统计小鼠的死亡率、脑内包囊数和成囊率。结果 :感染弓形虫速殖子组小鼠的死亡率为30 % ,脑内包囊数约为15个 ,成囊率为42.9 % ;感染弓形虫包囊组小鼠的死亡率、脑内包囊数、成囊率分别为0、40个和100 %。接种包囊比速殖子小鼠死亡率低 ,脑内包囊数多 ,成囊率高。结论 :接种虫体感染阶段 (包囊或速殖子 )是影响成囊的重要因素 ,感染包囊小鼠脑内易成囊。
【Abstract】 Objective: To find a chronic ally infected animal model that was stable and easily established and further provide a powerful tool for the study of the pathologenesis of Toxoplasma,mice were infected with tachyzoites and cysts of Fukaya strain Toxoplasma, and cysts in brains waer detected. Methods: Mice were infected intraperitoneally with 4×10 4 tachyzoites and 5~10 cysts of Fukaya strain Toxoplasma, and they were treated with medicine to be chronic ally infected. The death rate of mice was observed, as was the number of cysts in brains and the forming cyst rate. Results: It results showed that the death rate of the mice infected with tachyzoites was 30%, the number of cysts in each brain was about 15, the forming cyst rate was 42.9%; the results of the mice infected with cysts was 0, 40 and 100% respectively. The death rate of the mice infected with cysts was lower than that of the mice infected with tachyzoites, the number of cysts in each brain and the forming cyst rate was higher. Conclusions: Infective stages of Toxoplasma is an important factor to influence cyst for mation in mice. The mice infected with cysts formed cysts for mation easily than the mice infected with tachyzoites.
