【摘要】 目的 :回顾和评价改良眶减压术即眶脂肪脱出术治疗甲状腺相关眼病眼球突出的疗效。方法 :经眼睑和结膜切口入路 ,切除肌肉圆锥内、外的脂肪 ,达到降低眶压 ,减少眼球突出度的目的。结果 :切除眶脂肪1.5～11ml,平均3.9ml,矫正眼球突出度2～6mm ,平均3.1mm。该治疗副作用很少 ,不影响视力及眼球运动 ,与提上睑肌延长术联合效果更佳。结论 :眶脂肪脱出术可以缓解眼球突出 ,是治疗甲状腺相关眼病突眼的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Retrospective evaluation of 10 proptosis reduction procedures using fat removal orbital decompression.Methods: Trans-septal excision of extraconal and intraconal fat was done through conjunctivae or the upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty approach. Results: Mean excision of 3.9 ml (range 1.5～11 ml) of orbital fat reduced proptosis on average by 3.1mm (range 2～6 mm). Side effects were few.There was no significant effect on visual acuity and ocular motility. Efficient palpebral lengthening can be achieved with combined section of the levator aponeurosis in the upper eyelid, and/or auricular cartilage graft in the lower eyelid. Conclusion: Fat removal orbital decompression reduces proptosis in Graves’ ophthalmopathy.更多还原
