【摘要】 目的 :研究载脂蛋白E(ApoE)等位基因与阿尔茨海默病 (Alzheimer’sDiseaseAD)之间的关系。方法 :应用PCR -RFLP技术测定AD组 (52例 )及对照组健康老人 (106例 )的ApoE基因型分布 ,并对二者结果进行比较。结果 :AD组ApoEε4基因频率 (18.27% )明显高于对照组健康老人 (5.66 % ) ,差异有显著性 (P<0.01)。结论 :ApoEε4等位基因可能是AD的一种遗传危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between apolipoprotein E(ApoE) allele and Alzheimer’s Disease(AD).Methods: To detect the genotypes of patients with AD and 106 senile health people using PCR-RFLP method, and to contrast the results. Results: The frequency of ApoEε4 in AD group (18.27%)is higher than that of senile health subjects(5.66%),and the result has statistically significant difference. Conclusion: ApoEε4 allele could be regarded as a genetic risk factor for AD.更多还原
